We are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. You will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer issues or concerns by identifying solutions and providing detailed explanations
- Meet performance targets and KPIs to ensure service excellence
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure complete satisfaction

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th grade
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using Call Centre software and basic computer applications

Preferred Skills
- Customer service experience or call centre experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
