We are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. You will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns by identifying solutions and providing detailed explanations
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs to ensure service excellence
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure complete satisfaction 
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th grade
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using Call Centre software and basic computer applications
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

Preferred Skills

  • Customer service experience or call centre experience is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
